RHL Profiles Limited, makers of RHL GOLD TMT Bars had organized a Seminar on 13th September, 2014 at Hotel Landmark, Kanpur on "Savings in construction costs by use of Fe 500, Fe 550 and Fe 600 grade of TMT steel bars". Distinguished Architects, Structural Engineers, Builders, Developers, Contractors etc., related to construction steel industry of Kanpur, participated in this Seminar.

Dr. Sunil Kumar, Professor Civil Engineering Department, HBTI, Kanpur, who specializes in Structural design and Engineering and has authored more than 50 research papers in National and International Journals, was the key note speaker at the event. He stressed on the use of high grade TMT Bars in accordance with IS : 1786, IS : 456 and IS : 13920 to achieve savings and reduction in steel consumption in construction.

Mr. K. K. Somani, Managing Director of the Company also provided an insight into different grades of steel being manufactured by RHL Profiles Limited like Fe 500, Fe 500D, Fe 500S, Fe 550, Fe 550D and Fe 600 by use of ‘State of Art’ Rolling Mill equipments compromising PLC controlled equipments, High Speed Computer controlled Continuous Mill, CNC Machine, Automatic Rake Type Cooling Bed, Water Cooling Tower, High Speed Shears, Automatic Bar Bending machine and latest German Quenching technology. Mr. K. K. Somani also stressed on the Quality culture, High ethics and innovations which has enabled RHL to continuously serve it’s customer for the last 6 decades by providing construction steel bars having unique combination of high strength, uncompromised safety and substantial savings to the construction industry.
